Care Team Lead for Supported Living Service

Lifeways Group is a leading provider of supported living services for adults with varying needs. We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Care Team Lead for Supported Living Service.

As a Care Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of support workers to deliver high-quality person-centred care and support to our service users. You will work closely with the Service Manager to ensure that excellent standards of care are maintained and that the service is run efficiently.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and dedicated individual to progress their career in care management. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and social care, preferably with experience as a Senior Support Worker or Team Leader. A full UK driving licence is also essential due to the mobility vehicles used by some of our service users.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits including free DBS checks, discounts at high street shops, and access to our employee assistance programme.
