**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced support worker to join our team, working with clients in semi-independent living settings and providing care in their own homes and within the community.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • \
  • Provide non-judgmental care and support to clients in their own homes and within the community.\
    \
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure effective safeguarding of adults and delivery of high-quality care.\
    \
  • Contribute to the development of individual care plans and risk assessments, ensuring they meet the needs of each client.\
    \

\

**Requirements**

\
  • \
  • At least 1 year's experience working in a similar environment.\
    \
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\
    \
  • Ability to work flexibly, including sleep-in shifts and unsociable hours.\
    \
  • Strong technical skills and experience with report writing and care planning software.\
    \
