Care Support Specialist
Are you passionate about providing exceptional care and support to individuals in their own homes?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Care Support Specialist to join our team at Customcare.

As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting our clients with daily living activities, such as personal care, medication management, and household tasks. You will work closely with our team to develop personalized care plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

Key responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
* Assist with medication management and administration
* Help with household tasks, such as cleaning and laundry
* Develop and implement personalized care plans
* Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:
* Experience working in a care setting (not necessary but preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Valid DBS check
