About the Role:

  • We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
  • This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, working across various settings including community centers and residential facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide emotional support and guidance to individuals with mental ill health, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.
  • To complete and submit relevant paperwork and forms in a timely manner.
  • To stay up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices in the field.
  • To be computer literate and have access to Microsoft Teams on a device.
  • To attend regular supervisions and training sessions to ensure continuous professional development.

What You Will Need:

  • A degree in social work or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
