We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Oswald House in Lancashire.

Oswald House is a specialist residential service providing rehabilitation, care and support to vulnerable women with complex mental health issues.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and carrying out office administrative functions in a professional and confidential manner. This includes managing electronic client files, assisting with post, data entry, photocopying, scanning, and printing documents as needed.

A key aspect of this role is maintaining accurate records and ensuring that office supplies are always stocked. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative role and possess strong organisational, time management, and planning skills.

This position also requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office are essential.
