We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Support Professional to join our dedicated team at Creative Support Ltd in Accrington, Lancashire.

About the Role

As a Support Professional, you will provide quality care and support to residents with various needs, primarily learning disabilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing personal care, administering medication, and assisting with domestic tasks such as cooking and cleaning;
  • Encouraging service users to engage in social activities and developing warm relationships with them and their families;

This full-time or part-time position offers a competitive salary of £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including a probationary bonus, pension contributions, and 28 days leave.
