Lifeways is seeking an experienced Care Team Leader to work alongside our Service Manager in the leadership and day-to-day management of our established Supported Living Service in Accrington, Lancashire.

Key responsibilities include leading and motivating a team of support workers, ensuring excellent person-centred care and support is delivered to people supported by Lifeways.

As a Team Leader, you will be involved in the recruitment and ongoing development of support workers, carrying out staff supervisions, candidate interviews, and providing general guidance and expertise.

Excellent communication skills are essential to communicate effectively with staff, people we support, and outside professionals. Good written communication and IT skills are also required for record keeping.

Our Supported Living service in Accrington provides life-changing support for adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, or mental health conditions.
