We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to join our team at Active Care Group Recruitment. As a Registered Nurse Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional care to residents with complex needs.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to provide outstanding care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £55,000 - £75,000 per annum, depending on experience. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of professionals in delivering exceptional care to residents with complex needs.

  • Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided, making recommendations for improvement where necessary.
