About the Role
We are looking for a qualified counsellor or a second-year counselling student on a level 4 (or above) diploma to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide confidential counselling services in line with industry standards.
- Demonstrate a commitment to prioritising client needs through effective time management.
- Engage in ongoing professional development through regular supervision and line management.
- Adhere to established policies and procedures, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients.
A DBS check at an enhanced level is mandatory for this position. Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply.
Remuneration
The estimated salary range is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, based on experience.
