Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Service Manager to join our mental health rehabilitation service in Oswaldtwistle, Accrington. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service, ensuring that our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Leadership and Management: Lead a valued team of staff, maximizing their potential and empowering them to deliver outstanding care to our residents.
  2. Budgetary Management: Oversee the financial management of the service, ensuring that we maintain a high level of profitability while delivering safe and effective care.
  3. Care Standards: Ensure that all care standards, regulatory standards, and quality measurement criteria are met, and that all notifications to relevant authorities are made as required.
  4. Safeguarding: Safeguard the welfare of our residents and colleagues, identifying and mitigating any risks or concerns that may arise.
Requirements
  • A current NMC Pin Registration
  • A legal right to work in the U.K.
  • Leadership or Management Qualification or relevant experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • The ability to influence and advise at all levels
  • Robust understanding of relevant regulatory framework, regulations and legislation
