The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to provide exceptional care. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description
  • Manage and oversee the needs of highly dependent residents, providing direction and leadership to ensure effective management of the home.
  • Provide key accountability for the service, ensuring it operates at a consistently high level.
  • Recruit and retain a skilled team, manage business planning, financial performance, and oversee quality compliance standards.

Salary: £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
