Job Description

We are seeking a Companion Support Assistant to join our team at Home Instead. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Building relationships with clients and their families
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as household chores and meal preparation
  • Reporting any changes or concerns to the care team
Requirements
  • No prior experience is necessary as we offer comprehensive training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A reliable vehicle and full UK driving licence
  • The ability to work flexibly, including alternate weekends
