We are seeking a dedicated Education Support Assistant to join our team at Teaching Personnel.

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to work with students aged 7-11 years old, supporting their learning and development in a supportive and welcoming school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the class teacher in delivering high-quality education to students.
  • Maintain a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
  • Support students with additional needs, including those with learning difficulties or disabilities.
  • Encourage positive behavior and promote the school's values of respect and responsibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children in a school setting, ideally within KS2.
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not essential).

Estimated Salary: £12.50 per hour
