About the Role

As a Care Assistant at City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, you will be responsible for supporting our clients to live safer and more supported lives in their own homes. This will involve following individual care plans and assisting with personal care, helping clients to bathe, dress, manage incontinence, use the toilet and supporting them with their medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes and housework.
