Job Description:

This role involves providing support to a young man within his own home and the local community. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily life tasks, including personal care, domestic support, mobility, socializing, and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, although full training is available for the right individual. This is a part-time position, working up to 22 hours per week, with flexible hours. Salary: £12.50 per hour after 6 months of employment or upon completion of training. In addition to a competitive hourly rate, employees receive 5.6 weeks paid annual leave and participate in a workplace pension scheme.
