B2B Sales Growth Manager

About the Job
  • Develop and implement sales strategies, processes, and tools to achieve desired outcomes and drive business growth.
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Train and support sales staff on new initiatives and best practices to enhance sales performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement to optimise sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in sales management and implementation, with a strong track record of delivering results in a business-to-business environment.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data effectively to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Proficiency in using CRM to build and manage client relationships and drive sales growth.
Location

North Somerset, Bristol, + Hybrid + International Travel.

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum.
