Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive the growth of our premium homecare services in North Somerset. With a strong focus on community engagement, this role requires an individual with excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Spend time out in the community, attending events and engaging with residents of independent living and retirement villages.
  • Build relationships with healthcare professionals and referring agents, such as Care Navigators and District Nurses.
  • Organize meetings, information sessions, and community events, such as singing and gardening activities.
  • Respond to enquiries from various sources, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Capture high-quality photos, develop marketing materials, and assist campaigns out in the community.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance business development and community engagement efforts.
  • Identify and attend community gatherings, networking opportunities, and local exhibitions.
  • Analyze and present figures around enquiry sources and marketing effectiveness.
  • Schedule social media posts, update social media and website with upcoming events, and work with the press release team.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a customer service setting, building up relationships – Essential
  • Hands on and Strategic Sales / Marketing / Business Development Experience - Essential
  • Previous Domiciliary Care experience – Desirable but not Essential
