About the Job:

Hire for a challenging role as Business Development Director and drive growth in a global company. As Business Development Director, you will be responsible for expanding geographical and market segment presence in line with the European business plan.

Key Responsibilities:

- Delivering and growing sales revenues and gross margins through expanding geographical and market segment presence in line with the European business plan.

- New business development, forecasting, monitoring, and reviewing country/channel performance, channel partner management, budget building, building a strategic regional plan, developing customer campaigns, and pricing strategies.

About the Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for a Business Development Director with a degree in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, preferably with a strong understanding of the water industry in the region. As Business Development Director, you will have a valid driving license and be fluent in English, with Romanian or Polish a plus.
