Business Development Director

Hydro International, a leading global provider of advanced products and services, seeks a seasoned Business Development Director to drive growth in the European market. With a strong track record of expanding geographical and market segment presence, the ideal candidate will deliver sales revenues and gross margins in line with the European business plan.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain key business relationships across the customer value chain.
  • Manage all routes to market in the designated region, including annual evaluations and recommended changes.
  • Grow the current business across the region through expansion into new target market segments and countries.
  • Monitor and review monthly key performance indicators, providing monthly and quarterly reports.
  • Support existing and future channel partners through product and application training and business planning.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Fluent English, with Spanish and Portuguese an advantage.
  • Minimum 8 years post-graduation work experience in business development.
  • Proven experience in generating sales in international markets.
