Job Title: Business Development Director

Hydro International, a leading global provider of advanced products and services, is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to join our team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in the France region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a regional business strategy to achieve sales revenue and gross margin targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners to drive business growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target market segments and countries.
  • Monitor and review key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure financial targets are met.
  • Support channel partners through product training and business planning to expand revenues.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • Valid driving license.
  • Fluent French and English language skills.
  • Minimum 8 years of post-graduation work experience in business development.
