Austin Fraser is seeking a skilled Sales Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our commercial and sales functions, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales teams and international distributors networks.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies to drive business growth.
- Assist with tender searches, submissions, quotes, and order processing.
- Pursue CRM implementation for the department.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and administration for technical products.
- Previous experience with managing detailed tender submissions is preferred.
Qualifications and Training:
- A degree in business management or a technical discipline is ideal.
- Ongoing training needs will be regularly assessed.
Key Skills and Competencies:
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with experience in dealing with customers in a B2B environment.
- Management experience and effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Highly organised, detail-focused administrator who prioritises quality outputs and strives for excellence.
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on industry standards and your level of experience.
