About This Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team as a Consultant Psychiatrist with Leadership Role. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a crucial role in providing clinical leadership and advice to support the management of people with complex needs. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other members of the team to develop and implement treatment plans, contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to adult mental health services, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide clinical leadership and advice to support the management of people with complex needs.
  • Work closely with other members of the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to adult mental health services.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of new services and programs.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of £85,000 - £115,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as contributory pension, paid annual leave, sick leave, and maternity leave. We also offer opportunities for professional development and continuing education, as well as a supportive and inclusive work environment. In addition, we offer relocation expenses up to £12,000, access to a £2000 per annum professional development budget, dedicated SPA time of up to 25% of working hours, and more.
