Senior Leadership Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Leader to join our team as the General Manager at Amberley Hall Care Home.

About the Job:

You will be responsible for leading the care home team to deliver high-quality care for all residents, ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the financial budgets to ensure targets are met.
  • Oversee the recruitment, performance, and development of the team.
  • Pro-actively manage all aspects of the care home.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years management experience of a care home.
  • Registered Managers Award or ILM 5 in Management.
  • Estimated salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum.
