About the Role

The Clinical Night Unit Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of our clinical community at Goodwins Hall Care Home, ensuring high-quality care and exceptional resident experience. This role involves completing regular audits to maintain safe medication practices and supervising a team of staff members.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the unit to ensure timely completion of monthly audits on medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration, and care planning.
  • Monitor assessments, planning, implementation, and evaluation of residents' care through regular audits using a planned approach, such as Resident of the Day.
  • Ensure regular supervision is conducted for all team members in line with company policy.

Requirements

  • Qualified RN/RGN/RMN.
  • Minimum of two years' shift leadership and management experience.

  • 45 hours per week, 12-hour shifts worked on a rota basis from Monday to Sunday.
