As a clinical leader at Athena Care Homes, you will oversee the daily management and operations of our clinical community within the home. With a focus on high-quality care, you will be responsible for completing regular audits, ensuring the safe management of medication, and supervising team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively manage the unit to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Complete regular audits to ensure timely completion of monthly checks, including medication management, pressure ulcer prevention, diet and hydration, and care planning
  • Monitor resident care through monthly audits using a planned approach, such as Resident of the Day
  • Ensure regular supervision is conducted for all team members in line with company policy
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified RN/RGN/RMN
  • A minimum of two years' experience in shift leadership and management
