Job Purpose:

As an HR Advisor with Kingsgate Recruitment Ltd, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and support to employees and management on employment-related matters. This includes representing employees in disciplinary, grievance, and capability investigations, as well as providing guidance on employment law and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent employees in disciplinary, grievance, and capability investigations and hearings
  • Provide guidance on employment law and procedures to employees and management
  • Assist in the recruitment of new employees and the development of the branch
  • Maintain good levels of communication with employees and the branch committee
  • Liaise with the branch secretary and regional office on complex cases
  • Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times
Requirements:
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent experience in HR or employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of employment law and procedures
Working Arrangements:

This is a part-time role, requiring 15 hours per week. You will be expected to work flexibly, including attending branch committee meetings and representing employees at investigations and hearings.
