Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, absence, and grievances.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection laws.
  • Manage employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinaries, and grievances, in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews to ensure the best fit for the role.

Requirements:
