Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice and support to managers and employees on a range of HR issues, including employee relations, absence, and grievances.
- Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with data protection laws.
- Manage employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinaries, and grievances, in a fair and consistent manner.
- Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews to ensure the best fit for the role.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aligned with the company's strategic goals, including training and development sessions.

Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualification or significant HR advisory experience.
