We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales.
About Our Client
A well-established business in Kingston is looking for a temporary HR Administrator to provide administrative support to their HR team.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and databases.
- Assist with staff recruitment and selection processes, including coordinating interviews and onboarding.
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage HR-related correspondence and documentation, including preparing reports and presentations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR services and processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
Requirements
- A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- An understanding of HR practices and employment laws and regulations.
