We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales.

About Our Client

A well-established business in Kingston is looking for a temporary HR Administrator to provide administrative support to their HR team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records and databases.
  • Assist with staff recruitment and selection processes, including coordinating interviews and onboarding.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Manage HR-related correspondence and documentation, including preparing reports and presentations.

Requirements

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
