Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrative Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis. As an HR Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our HR team, assisting with staff recruitment and selection processes, maintaining employee records and databases, coordinating staff training and development activities, and supporting the implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with staff recruitment and selection processes, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Coordinate staff training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions and tracking employee progress.
  • Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring that all employees are aware of and comply with company policies.
  • Manage HR-related correspondence and documentation, including responding to employee inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations, including conducting research and providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
