Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Office Angels. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems, and providing excellent customer service to our employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. HR System Administration: Responsible for capturing and implementing accurate data into our HR system, ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR regulations.
  2. HR System Updates: Responsible for updating the HR system in response to joiners, leavers, job changes, and annual processes such as leave year end and salary reviews.
  3. Document Management: Responsible for keeping filing documentation and employee files up to date, ensuring accurate and secure storage of sensitive employee data.
  4. Employee Support: Providing first-line support to employees and managers in response to queries or issues with the HR System, liaising with 3rd party providers as necessary.
  5. Reporting and Analytics: Responsible for creating and running reports and analytics from the HR system, as required for regular reporting and ad-hoc requests.
  6. Process Improvement: Investigating and recommending appropriate reports/analytics that can be obtained from the system, ensuring a process is in place to monitor and review data accuracy, retention, and compliance.
  7. Training and Development: Responsible for training HR team members on new functions or processes, and supporting the roll-out to the wider business.
  8. System Maintenance: Responsible for managing and maintaining accuracy of HR data input into other systems used by HR and in the wider business.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Degree within Business studies/HR qualification or equivalent.
  2. Experience: Proven HR experience working in a commercial business, with a strong understanding of HR systems and processes.
  3. Technical Skills: Proven experience of working as a super user/system admin for HR Systems, ideally Dynamics365 or similar, with strong IT skills, including Excel and various information systems.
  4. Knowledge: Proven experience of working with confidential HR data in accordance with GDPR and strong knowledge of GDPR.
