About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our team at Page Personnel Sales.

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our HR team, assisting with staff recruitment and selection processes, maintaining employee records and databases, and coordinating staff training and development activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with staff recruitment and selection processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing candidate materials.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and databases.
  • Coordinate staff training and development activities, including scheduling training sessions and preparing materials.
  • Assist with the implementation of HR policies and procedures, including developing and maintaining HR-related documentation.
  • Manage HR-related correspondence and documentation, including responding to employee inquiries and preparing reports.
  • Support the HR team in ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • An understanding of HR practices and employment laws and regulations.
