We are seeking a highly experienced DACH Post-Sales Lead to join our team in London. This hybrid role will have you working closely with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion within your book of business.

About the Role:
  • Lead all post-sales activities for Vanta's DACH customers through onboarding, implementation, and renewal.
  • Partner with Account Managers to drive renewal and expansion within your book of business.
  • Become a product expert in Vanta's platform, offering solutions to improve security posture via compliance offerings, Trust Reports, and Risk Management solutions.
Your Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years in Customer Success with a strong background in managing a large and diverse book of business at scale.
  • Fluency in German.
Our Package:
  • An estimated salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
