About the Role

Rise Above Care LTD is seeking an experienced and dedicated Registered Care Home Manager to lead our new residential children's home in Doncaster. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our young residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and educational needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our young residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that cater to the individual needs of each child
  • Work closely with external professionals, including social workers, teachers, and healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the smooth operation of the home
  • Conduct regular audits and monitoring to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (or equivalent)
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience working in a children's residential setting
  • Minimum of 1 year's experience in a leadership/management role within children's residential
  • A flexible approach to working
  • A passion for working with children
  • Proven demonstration of auditing, managing budgets, and monitoring skills
  • Experience with managing Ofsted inspections

Work Remotely

This is a full-time position, consisting of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. No sleep-ins are required as standard.
