Leger Grove is a proud member of Exemplar Health Care, one of the leading providers of nursing care in the country. Once operational, Leger Grove will cater to adults with complex and high acuity needs stemming from various conditions, including mental health issues, dementia, neuro-disabilities, and physical disabilities.

The facility will feature 40 spacious bedrooms, each equipped with an en-suite bathroom, organized across four distinct units. This small group living model allows us to create a homely and supportive environment that is responsive to individual needs, ensuring residents receive the nursing care they require while remaining close to their loved ones.


About the Role:

As a Nursing Care Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our home. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of nursing and care staff to ensure that the medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs of residents are met.
  • Providing strong leadership to maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement.
  • Overseeing and managing all clinical elements and associated risks.
  • Ensuring compliance with our clinical governance framework, regulatory requirements, and CQC standards.
  • Supervising your Nursing Team to ensure that care plans and risk assessments are completed and reviewed promptly, accurately reflecting necessary interventions.

About You:

We are looking for someone who embodies our core values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork. You must possess a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.

As this is a leadership position, a minimum of three years of post-registration experience along with management or supervisory experience, training, or qualification is essential.

  • The ability to demonstrate a wide range of clinical and digital skills.
  • A passion for encouraging and motivating others.
  • A proactive approach to working independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
