Role Overview:
Join us as a Clinical Nurse Manager at Leger Grove, a newly established care facility. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with the Home Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the home and lead a dedicated team of nursing and care professionals to uphold exceptional standards of care.

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide effective leadership to ensure that residents' medical, physical, emotional, and safeguarding needs are met.
- Maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement across all care services.
- Oversee clinical operations and manage associated risks.
- Ensure compliance with clinical governance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and CQC standards.
- Supervise the nursing team to ensure timely completion and review of care plans and risk assessments.

About You:
We are looking for a candidate who embodies our values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success, and teamwork. You should possess:
- A valid first-level nursing registration with an active Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN.
- A minimum of three years post-registration experience, along with management or supervisory experience.
- A comprehensive understanding of nursing care best practices.

- Enthusiasm for motivating and encouraging your team.
- Excellent communication abilities.
