About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Healthcare Assistant Trainee. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide essential support to our patients, working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care.

Main Responsibilities

  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Support patients with meals and feeding
  • Help patients mobilise and maintain their independence
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any concerns to the nursing team
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement to patients and their relatives
