Job Overview

Main Duties

As a Healthcare Assistant Trainee, you will work closely with nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personal care and support to patients, including washing, dressing, and toileting
  • Assisting patients with meals and feeding
  • Helping patients to mobilise and maintain their independence
  • Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any concerns to the nursing team
  • Providing emotional support and encouragement to patients and their relatives
