We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Mental Health Nurse to join our team at HMR and Youth Offender Institution, a category B prison in Doncaster. This role offers an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals within a challenging yet rewarding environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse population of male offenders, including young adults aged 18-20.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care.
- Promote mental well-being and recovery through evidence-based interventions and therapeutic approaches.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to strict confidentiality protocols.
