Job Title: Full-time Occupational Health Advisor

Ellie Mental Health - 182 is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Health Advisor to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Provide expert case management services to employees, including conducting thorough assessments and developing effective plans to support their health and wellbeing.
  • Fitness to Work: Conduct fitness to work assessments to determine an employee's ability to perform their job duties safely and effectively.
  • Pre-employment Checks: Conduct pre-employment health checks to ensure that new employees are fit to work and can perform their job duties safely.
  • Health Surveillance: Conduct regular health surveillance to monitor employees' health and identify any potential health risks.
Requirements:
  • Experience: You will need to have significant experience as an Occupational Health Advisor, with a strong background in case management, fitness to work assessments, and health surveillance.
  • Qualifications: You will need to hold relevant qualifications, such as a nursing degree or a diploma in occupational health.
  • Skills: You will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
