Job Title: Occupational Health Nurse Advisor

Occupational Health Staffing Ltd is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team in Doncaster, Yorkshire. As an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the health and wellbeing of our clients' employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Case Management: Provide expert case management services to employees, including conducting thorough assessments and developing effective treatment plans.
  • Fitness to Work: Conduct fitness to work assessments to determine an employee's ability to perform their job duties safely and effectively.
  • Pre-employment Checks: Conduct pre-employment health checks to ensure that new employees are fit to work and do not pose a risk to themselves or others.
  • Health Surveillance: Conduct regular health surveillance to monitor employees' health and identify any potential health risks.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to other sites in the UK may be required.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Must have significant experience as an Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, with a strong background in case management and health surveillance.
  • Qualifications: Must hold a relevant nursing qualification and be registered with the relevant professional body.
  • Skills: Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Travel: Must have a clean driving license and be able to travel occasionally to other sites in the UK.
