Job Title: Care Manager - Home Care

Job Summary:

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Manager to lead our residential service in Conisbrough. As a Care Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the service, developing and implementing person-centered support plans, and ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day running of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit and induct new colleagues
  • Complete supervisions, appraisals, medication competencies, and medication audits
  • Attend multi-disciplinary meetings and complete quarterly audits and reports
  • Effectively manage the service's P&L and ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex individuals with mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors
