Job Summary

Voyage Care Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead our residential service in Conisbrough. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and support for our service users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the service, including developing and implementing person-centered support plans
  • Conduct care needs assessments and recruit, induct, and supervise a team of colleagues
  • Complete medication competencies and audits, and attend multi-disciplinary meetings
  • Ensure regulatory, legislative, internal, and contractual requirements are met, including relevant notifications and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Manage the service's P&L and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a CQC registered manager
  • Level 5 in Health & Social Care
  • Experience working with individuals with autism, acquired brain injury, complex mental health needs, traumatic backgrounds, and challenging behaviors
