We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Home Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care to our residents in a supportive and safe environment.

About the Role:

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring high-quality care is provided to residents.
  • Supervise staff members and develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional care services, collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance resident well-being.
  • Maintain compliance with regulations and uphold high standards of care, providing KPIs to your Regional Manager.

Requirements:

  • At least two years' experience as Home Manager or Deputy Manager in a registered care home.
  • NVQ levels 2/3/4.
  • Level 5 Registered Managers Award.
  • Safeguarding Qualification.
  • Good Knowledge of CQC Standards & Regulations.
  • Good Communication skills.
  • Good People Management skills.
