About the Role:
- Lead a team of Children's Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to children and young people with complex needs.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with the Children's Homes Regulations 2015 and Ofsted Framework for Inspection.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to promote the welfare and safety of children and young people.
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure seamless care and support for children and young people.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
- At least two years' experience in a children's home or similar setting.
- Proven leadership and management skills, with experience of supervising and mentoring staff.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, young people, and staff.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £43,000 per annum, increasing to £50,000 upon completion of probationary period and relevant Level 5 qualification.
- A generous relocation package of up to £8,000.
- 34 days' holiday, including public holidays.
