We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Physics Expert to lead our Diagnostic Radiology team at the Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Trust.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will act as a Medical Physics Expert (MPE) in Diagnostic Radiology to the Trust and its contracted customers. This role would also benefit from experience of and leadership within Non-Ionising Radiation Physics.

The Clinical and Radiation Physics team is part of the SEND (South, East and North Devon) Medical Physics network. This position is based within Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust in Exeter, although some work will be expected at the other sites in North Devon (Barnstaple) and Torbay.

A full driving licence is required for this position and access to an appropriate vehicle for the carriage of test equipment within the network.

Working Pattern

This is a full-time position with a working pattern of 37 hours per week.
