About the Role

We are seeking a Specialist Clinical Scientist to join our Diagnostic Radiology Physics team at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will act as a Medical Physics Expert in Diagnostic Radiology to the Trust and its contracted customers.

This position is based within our Trust in Exeter, with some work expected at other sites across Devon.

About the Team

Our team provides medical physics services to local radiology and cardiology departments, the NHS Breast Screening Programme, and community hospitals, as well as dental and veterinary practices.

We have strong links with the University of Exeter, particularly in support of the PET-CT centre at the Mireille Gillings Neuroimaging Centre.

Our department encourages staff training and development, and we are an accredited training centre for the PTP, STP, and HSST training schemes.
