About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Business Development Representative to join our specialist team. As a Business Development Representative, you will be the first point of contact with prospective clients, helping to build a strong pipeline for our recruitment services.
This is a very unique opportunity for a results-driven individual who is committed to a career in recruitment to learn their craft in a client-facing role. The position is fundamental to the sales success of the overall business and comes with exciting, career progression opportunities.
About You:
- You are passionate about sales and have experience in a sales-related role.
- You thrive in a dynamic, start-up environment with a 'can-do' attitude.
- You are confident on the phone and excited to cold call.
- You possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and emotional intelligence.
- You are self-motivated, proactive, and demonstrate a history of exceeding expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within our ideal client profile (ICP), map decision makers, and ensure acquisition of accurate contact details.
- Outreach and Engagement: Initiate contact with prospects through email, phone calls, LinkedIn, and emails, hitting the expected activity standard both on the phone and via written communication.
- Qualification: Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client needs and determine fit for our services.
What We're Looking For:
The salary for this role is approximately £40,000 per annum, which includes an estimated OTE of £25,000 per annum, plus 2 forms of uncapped commission.
Our offices are located in Wood Green, and we offer a dynamic and fast-paced work environment that suits individuals who thrive in such settings.
The interview process consists of a screening call, video submission, and an onsite final interview with the CEO and the chance to meet the team.
