Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and empathetic WW Coach to join our team in London, ON. As a WW Coach, you will play a vital role in inspiring and supporting our members in achieving their wellness goals. You will facilitate engaging workshops, provide one-on-one coaching, and build strong connections within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Exceptional Workshop Experiences

    Create an inclusive, engaging, and action-oriented community that fosters a sense of belonging among members.

    Facilitate inspiring workshop experiences that promote member-to-member interactions and discussions.

    Establish rapport with members and show empathy during one-on-one interactions and group facilitation.

    Share knowledge and understanding of WW digital tools and offerings.

    Open and close Studios, and may require some setup for in-person workshops.

  • Build Strong Connections in the Community

    Respond to members' virtual community posts with purpose, encouraging them to reflect, learn, problem-solve, and create action plans.

    Use external social media and other outreach approaches to engage with the WW community.

    Represent WW at internal and external community events, when required.

  • Focus on Member Recruitment and Retention

    Actively seek opportunities to build on-brand partnerships and create brand awareness.

    Identify members' needs and recommend the right WW products or services.

    Leverage relationships with members and the broader community to drive engagement with WW offerings.

    Leverage social media to attract new members and build workshop attendance.

  • Deliver Behavior Change Coaching

    Inspire members to build healthy habits using behavior change coaching principles.

    Use behavior change techniques and serve as an expert in WW's scientifically proven methodology for building healthy habits, weight loss, and holistic wellness.

    Engage with members empathetically, demonstrating positive regard, respect, and understanding for where they are on their journey.

    Coach members on scientifically proven behavior change strategies and how to better leverage their internal resources and external support to reach their wellness goals.

    Guide members to develop awareness of their eating, activity, sleep, and mindset patterns.

    Assist members in identifying small behavioral shifts to move them closer to their goals.

Requirements

  • Passionate about wellness and either a current WW member or excited to become one.

  • Able to live the WW lifestyle and be authentically committed to health and wellness.

  • Experienced in facilitating large groups and coaching 1:1.

  • Empathetic and excited about building rapport and relationships with our members.

  • Genuinely committed to supporting and inspiring others in achieving their wellness and weight-loss goals.

  • Place a high value on encouraging sustainable, science-backed approaches to wellness.

  • Savvy with social media across a variety of platforms.

  • Able to access a desktop or laptop and willingness to use other smart devices.

  • Have advanced computer skills.

  • Comfortable working with minimal supervision.

  • Able to attend required training sessions both in-person and virtually.

  • Able to travel to a variety of workshop locations within the territory.

  • Able to lift 25 pounds to stock shelves with consumer products.

  • Available to work a flexible, part-time weekly schedule (including evenings and weekends).
