Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Bilingual Wellness Coach to join our team at Weight Watchers. As a Wellness Coach, you will play a vital role in inspiring and supporting our members in achieving their wellness goals.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for facilitating engaging and inclusive workshops, building strong relationships with members, and providing personalized coaching to support their behavior change journey. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date with our digital tools and offerings, and to represent Weight Watchers at community events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead engaging workshops that promote healthy habits and behavior change
  • Build strong relationships with members and provide personalized coaching to support their wellness goals
  • Stay up-to-date with our digital tools and offerings, and provide guidance to members on how to use them effectively
  • Represent Weight Watchers at community events and promote our brand and services
  • Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective wellness programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to members

Requirements:

  • Passionate about wellness and committed to living a healthy lifestyle
  • Experience in facilitating group sessions and coaching individuals
  • Empathetic and dedicated to building strong relationships with members
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
