About the Role

The Coach position is an exceptional opportunity to channel your passion for health into motivating members and guiding them to establish beneficial habits. Coaches engage with members to cultivate inclusive in-person communities at our Studio locations, inspiring them to make healthier choices while enjoying their favorite foods, enhancing their physical activity, improving sleep quality, and shifting their mindset. This is a part-time role with flexible hours and enjoyable perks, allowing you to infuse your unique personality and energy into workshops and outreach efforts to inspire and build welcoming communities.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the chance to enjoy your work while also being accountable for:

Providing an outstanding workshop experience by engaging members with the weekly behavior change curriculum to support their wellness journey. Establishing strong community connections on social media and seeking opportunities to create on-brand partnerships, attract new members, and enhance brand visibility, representing WW at various community events. Prioritizing member recruitment and retention through relationship building and offering the necessary support, tools, or products for their success. Delivering behavior change coaching by ensuring members feel acknowledged and supported—responding to their posts with intention, encouraging reflection, learning, problem-solving, and creating actionable plans, while welcoming new members.

Ideal Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who possess:

Proficiency in social media or content creation. A genuine passion for wellness, ideally as a current WW member or a willingness to become one. Excellent active listening skills to effectively assist our members. Experience in facilitating group settings is preferred. Availability to travel to workshop locations within the designated area. Interest in a flexible, part-time schedule.
